Ideally located near Dundee, our resort is a central base for exploring some of Scotland’s most beautiful scenery. Alongside our luxury lodges and leisure activities, we proudly operate an exceptional restaurant and events venue, where quality, creativity, and presentation are paramount.

Why This Role? We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will take responsibility for the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards. Working closely with the wider kitchen team, you will contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and event catering, while maintaining an organised, clean, and safe pastry section.

Important Note: Due to our countryside location, there is no public transport to or from the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods to a consistently high standard.
  • Support menu planning and development, including seasonal desserts and special event menus.
  • Ensure all pastry items are produced in line with food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
  • Maintain excellent organisation of the pastry section, including stock control and minimising waste.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
