Why This Role?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while supporting senior chefs and learning new skills.
You'll also help maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Due to our countryside location, there is NO public transport to or from the resort .
Key Responsibilities
- You will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality, working under the guidance of senior chefs to learn new techniques and gain culinary expertise.
- You will ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standard whilst following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Health and Safety Management is an important aspect of this role, ensuring safe use of equipment and safe systems of work.
- What We’re Looking For
- Basic Culinary Knowledge
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Kitchen is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Passion for cooking and delivering top-quality food
- A positive, proactive, and organised approach
- Willingness to Learn and Develop
