Our lovely family in North Kensington is seeking a dynamic and nurturing nanny to join their household and care for their two children, girl age 4 and boy 1 years old. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, and passionate about fostering independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sole charge childcare during weekdays when both parents are working.
- Safely and responsibly care for the 4-year-old child, including school pick-ups and drop-offs (school is walking distance from home).
- Engage both children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and outdoor exploration.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children, encouraging healthy eating habits and table manners.
- Assist children with self-feeding and encourage independence in completing tasks.
- Support the children's development through a Montessori-style approach, encouraging them to do tasks themselves.
- Walk a friendly family dog once a day.
- Maintain a tidy and organized household, including children's laundry, keeping clothes in order, and assisting with light household tasks such as dishes and tidying up.
