Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape our position as a tech leader in the US market. Reporting to the UK-based Product Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence key areas of our business by optimizing lead generation and comparison products, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) within our marketing teams. You will gather business requirements through detailed data and business analysis, create technical tickets, collaborate with technical teams on delivery, and communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders in a dynamic environment that values innovation, creativity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to release, engaging with stakeholders to define requirements. Translate high-level business needs into detailed specifications, including acceptance criteria and technical documentation.
2. Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business needs, balancing innovation with pragmatic execution and business value.
3. Identify opportunities where AI, ML, or advanced analytics can deliver significant impact. Assess use cases for feasibility and ROI, using qualitative and quantitative insights.
4. Analyze existing data sources, pipelines, and metrics to inform product decisions and validate requirements. Ensure data quality and accessibility are considered in AI product designs.
5. Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
6. Establish and refine internal processes for AI project intake, requirements validation, and delivery. Develop best practices for documentation, stakeholder feedback, and product lifecycle management in AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in lead generation or comparison sites. Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Health, Home, or Legal sectors is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools, and regulatory considerations to inform strategic planning.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
