We are searching for a Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping ourselves as a tech leader in the US market. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product initiatives in our Search Engine Marketing space. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing, Product and Engineering. Experience in the affiliate marketing space and paid marketing is preferential.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within Paid Marketing team, supporting the Search Engine Marketing teams across all verticals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical and product teams and third parties to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder teams in the Social and Native to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Insurance, Home, Health, or Legal sectors.
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape and publisher platforms.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and paid marketing.
  • Understanding of lead generation and comparison journey processes.
