Forbes Advisor is looking for a Native campaign manager to join the Performance Marketing team. Proven campaign management across Native platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Microsoft, and MediaGo is essential to be successful in this role. The role, reporting to the Native Lead, will be responsible for managing high-budget Native campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical campaign management expertise, exceptional data analysis skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset, plus have a proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing large-scale Native campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the performance targets of your campaigns and helping the Native team achieve their overall growth goals.
- Launch and manage multiple high-budget Native campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and Microsoft ads.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategies.
- Regularly come up with and test new ad images and copy.
- Work with the CRO team to come up with advertorial tests to drive performance uplifts.
- Test new targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years experience in Native ads working across Taboola, Outbrain, and other Native platforms.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale Native campaigns - ideally with a mix of lead-gen and eCommerce.
- Experience launching and scaling Native campaigns from scratch.
- Strong technical platform ability, experience with different bid strategies, audience targeting, and other platform features.
- Proven ability to create winning ad images and headlines.
- Able to write advertorial copy which achieves campaign goals.
- Experience analysing large data sets to make data-driven campaign management decisions.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external platforms.
- You enjoy working in a team environment and look forward to supporting the business to meet required goals.
