We are looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to deliver an outstanding, customer‑focused service as the first point of contact for customers engaging with our Accident Repair Centres. This role requires an individual who embodies trust, professionalism, and integrity while ensuring a smooth, efficient journey for every guest.

You’ll help coordinate repair bookings, manage communication, and uphold our values through high‑quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle bookings for estimates and repair work
  • Proactively update customers on repair progress, completion timelines, and payments
  • Liaise professionally with insurance companies, internal departments, and third parties
  • Ensure correct handling of excess payments, invoicing, and credit card processing
  • Manage courtesy vehicle administration (including legal compliance and quality standards)
  • Arrange and track external logistics (e.g. vehicle collection)
