Foray Motor Group is the South West's award‑winning Ford‑only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgewater, Dorchester and Southampton. The 9‑location group has an annual turnover in excess of £150 m, employs around 400 people, and offers opportunities for sales, vehicle technicians, customer service, apprenticeships and training programmes. We are looking for a Warehouse Picking Controller working within our Parts department at High Post Business Park.

Hours

Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00 am to 12.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting route control for picking
  • Investigating discrepancies on orders
  • Reporting any discrepancies to telesales operatives
  • Managing supplies for the picking floor
  • Working closely with the warehouse supervisor to fulfil requested warehouse duties
  • Identifying and picking parts and storing them in relevant van run bays, as determined by the picking lists collected from the picking tray
  • Assisting with receiving and binning of parts during any times when there is no picking to be done

Requirements

  • Loading, storing, palletising, picking or packing products
  • Managing a variety of goods for dispatch
  • Complying with health and safety requirements
