Foray Motor Group is the South West's award-winning Ford-only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgewater, Dorchester and Southampton. The 9 location group employs circa 400 people, in a wide variety of job roles, and has excellent opportunities for highly motivated, dedicated and talented people.

We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our busy team here at Edwards Ford in Salisbury. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting other departments with administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with all incoming telephone calls and customers in a quick, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Create a positive professional relationship with all customers, colleagues and staff to provide them with the finest customer service and satisfaction.
  • Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage any incoming or outgoing mail.
  • Contact customers ahead of their appointments.
  • Use in-house systems to help prepare job cards for customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Hours

24 hours per week Monday – Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
