We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our flagship site, a leading Ford main dealer in English Ford, Poole. This role is ideal for someone with automotive industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales and service enquiries.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
- Book vehicles for service, maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Raise invoices, collect payments and process paperwork accurately.
- Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
- Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
- Uphold Ford's commitment to quality, transparency and trust.
- Experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred but not essential).
- Confident, professional and well-organised with excellent communication skills.
- A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy dealership environment.
- Driven by success, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
