Position Service Advisor – Service Team at English Ford Poole (flagship site).
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.
- Keep customers informed at every stage of their service and answer any questions or queries.
- Plan, prioritise and manage appointments and service workflows in a busy environment.
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service through face‑to‑face and telephone communication.
- Work as part of a team while maintaining strong personal initiative.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude, sense of humour, and good team player traits.
- Reliability, flexibility, punctuality.
- Ford Main Dealer experience is an advantage but not essential.
Hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Every other Saturday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
- Salary: £30 k – 35 k per annum OTE, including departmental bonus; salary is DOE.
