Launceston Parts Plus, covering the South West area.

8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including regular face to face visits
- Ensuring up-to-date product knowledge to provide the best possible advice and guidance for our customers
- Keeping an eye on the competition and seeking opportunities for development and growth
- Maintaining accurate customer records to build genuine relationships that reflect their needs
- Providing outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to keep customers with us for the future
- Thinking long-term, identifying ways to grow and develop our network
Requirements
- Great customer service skills
- Drive to close customer sales
- Capture new business
- Promote Foray Motor Group and Parts Plus
- Effectively close on sales opportunities
- Liaise with sales team and management to grow the business
