Position: Customer Service Advisor – Accident Repair Centres at Yeovil Ford.
Salary: £27,040.00 basic salary per annum.
Location: Yeovil Ford.
Contract: Full‑Time | Permanent.
Hours: 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m., Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle bookings for estimates and repair work.
- Proactively update customers on repair progress, completion timelines, and payments.
- Liaise professionally with insurance companies, internal departments, and third parties.
- Ensure correct handling of excess payments, invoicing, and credit card processing.
- Manage courtesy vehicle administration (including legal compliance and quality standards).
- Arrange and track external logistics (e.g., vehicle collection & delivery).
- Maintain clean, compliant, and professional front‑of‑house reception areas.
- Use company systems to process documents and support workflow planning.
- Support guest check‑in and check‑out procedures with integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor departmental compliance and elevate concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and input of purchase invoices, parts credits, and guest files.
- Promote and represent the Foray ARC brand with professionalism and positivity.
