Foray Motor Group is the South West’s award-winning Ford-only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgewater, Dorchester and Southampton. The 9 location group employs circa 400 people and has excellent opportunities for highly motivated, dedicated and talented people.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, successful workshop team in Bridgwater Ford. We’re looking for someone who has a passion to continue to learn and develop, with a keen eye for detail. If you are successful, you will be provided with manufacturer (Ford) and in-house training to develop your skills and knowledge further, with clear training pathways delivered through Ford’s state-of-the-art training hub.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification within the automotive or engineering sector and have previous experience in a vehicle workshop. An MOT qualification would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Ford routine maintenance and service checks
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Producing reports on vehicle health and condition utilising an electronic health check system and following the manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicating technical issues to customers by utilising intuitive video software, as well as face-to-face interactions

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. & One Saturday per month 8.00a.m - 1.00p.m. - 46.15 hours per week.

Salary: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 OTE
