Position Details
- Salary: £16,640.00 per annum
- Location: Yeovil Ford
- Contract: Full-Time
- Hours: 08:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle bookings for estimates and repair work
- Proactively update customers on repair progress, completion timelines, and payments
- Liaise professionally with insurance companies, internal departments, and third parties
- Ensure correct handling of excess payments, invoicing, and credit card processing
- Manage courtesy vehicle administration (including legal compliance and quality standards)
- Arrange and track external logistics (e.g. vehicle collection & delivery)
- Maintain clean, compliant, and professional front-of-house reception areas
- Use company systems to process documents and support workflow planning
- Support guest check-in and check-out procedures with integrity and accuracy
- Monitor departmental compliance and elevate concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records and input of purchase invoices, parts credits, and guest files
- Promote and represent the Foray ARC brand with professionalism and positivity
