Foray Motor Group is the South West's award-winning Ford-only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgwater, Dorchester and Southampton. The 9 location group employs circa 400 people and has excellent opportunities for highly motivated, dedicated and talented people.
We are looking for a well organised customer focused person to join our Service team at Andover Ford as an Apprentice Service Advisor. You will have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
We will offer an apprenticeship programme through our trusted third-party provider Calex, which will last for approximately 12 months and focuses on you achieving a Customer Service Level 2 qualification. In addition to the formal apprenticeship programme & training, you will also work closely alongside our other Service Advisors and Service team to help gain valuable, on the job, support and guidance.
The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, punctual and a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:- Related and promotional up-selling
- Taking incoming customer phone calls and handling guest queries
- Making bookings on our bespoke Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
- Meeting and greeting guests coming to the dealership
- Creation of job cards
- Keep guests informed about the status of their vehicles
- Assisting with the day-to-day smooth running of the service desk
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Great telephone and customer handling skills
- Quick to learn and retain information
- Positive attitude and good sense of humour
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
