Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing, maintenance, repair, and accident repair services.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings for service work, estimates, repairs, and inspections.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional and timely communication.
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation where required.
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding vehicle progress, completion times, costs, and payments.
- Liaise effectively with technicians, insurance companies, third‑party suppliers, and internal departments.
- Arrange vehicle collection and delivery services when required.
- Administer courtesy vehicles, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Raise invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all customer records, documentation, and departmental systems are maintained accurately.
- Support customer vehicle check‑in and hand‑over processes.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

About You
- Experienced Customer Service, Service, or Aftersales Advisor (or similar customer‑facing role).
- Ideally with automotive industry experience; strong customer‑service experience from other sectors is also considered.
- Professional, organised, and confident when dealing with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- A natural problem‑solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems and processes.
