Role Overview

This pivotal role will lead and optimise Fora’s digital marketing strategy with a particular focus on the website as a core commercial and conversion channel. You will shape user journeys, drive performance across campaigns, and combine creative thinking with data‑driven decision‑making to deliver measurable impact. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you will help drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and commercial growth across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Website ownership & user experience
    • Own and manage the website, ensuring an exceptional, seamless user experience
    • Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns using CMS templates
    • Update site content, including copy, imagery, and campaign assets
    • Maintain high standards of UX, design quality, and brand consistency
    • Monitor performance (load time, issues, site health) and drive improvements
  • Analytics & performance optimisation
    • Analyse website performance using GA4 and other tools
    • Track user behaviour and conversion performance across the funnel
    • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
    • Build and share regular performance dashboards and reports
    • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across campaigns
  • Agency & partner management
    • Collaborate closely with digital agencies and technical partners
    • Ensure paid media and campaigns are fully integrated and tracked end‑to‑end
    • Coordinate SEO, technical improvements and website enhancements
    • Support delivery of new features, releases, and optimisation initiatives
  • Cross‑team collaboration
    • Translate marketing briefs into website builds and digital experiences
    • Partner with creative and content teams to keep the site fresh and on‑brand
    • Work with CRM and marketing teams on integrations and campaign journeys
  • Continuous improvement & innovation
    • Identify opportunities to improve UX, CRO and digital journeys
    • Conduct regular audits across content, performance and tracking
    • Stay ahead of trends across digital, analytics and emerging technologies
  • Content & brand activation
    • Shape and guide digital content strategy across channels
    • Support organic social strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging
    • Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects Fora’s premium, design‑led proposition

Requirements

You are a hands‑on digital marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, combining analytical thinking with strong execution.

Experience & skills:

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar) role
  • Strong background in website management and optimisation
  • Solid understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, email and analytics
  • Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CMS and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical capability—able to turn data into meaningful action
  • Excellent project management with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
  • Experience with tag management or data visualisation tools
  • Exposure to B2B, B2C, membership or professional services environments
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CIM, DMA, Google certifications)
