Fora is seeking a Meeting Rooms Payment Coordinator to join our Finance and Sales teams in London.

You will ensure accurate allocation of client payments, reconcile accounts, and proactively manage aged debt to protect revenue and enhance the client experience.

You will work across Finance, Sales, Technology and Operations, handling invoice queries, payment allocations, and reconciliations while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving efficient payment workflows.
