- 2+ years’ sales experience, ideally within real estate or a related sector
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts through to close
- A proven track record of delivering against KPIs and revenue targets
- The ability to build credibility quickly with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders

- A strategic mindset, with the confidence to handle objections and navigate complex conversations

What the job involves:
As our New Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our portfolio, helping us maximise occupancy, grow revenue and deliver exceptional client experiences from first viewing through to signed deal. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong market relationships, and brings the confidence to negotiate, influence and close.
Working closely with the Head of Portfolio Sales, you’ll take ownership of the full sales journey — developing targeted strategies, identifying opportunities, managing broker relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure every space is positioned to perform.
- Driving new business sales across the Fora collection, meeting and exceeding sq ft and revenue targets
- Working with senior sales leadership to develop and execute targeted strategies that maximise occupancy and premium pricing
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from market rate planning and client viewings through to negotiation, deal completion and seamless operational handover
- Partnering closely with the Central Sales team to generate lead flow and unlock new business opportunities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with brokers and agents to maintain a high-quality pipeline
- Keeping a close eye on market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics to inform strategy and strengthen our market position
- Producing accurate sales and pipeline reporting, sharing clear performance insights with senior stakeholders
- Working closely with building teams to ensure spaces are set up, presented and marketed in the most effective way possible
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations and building teams to deliver a smooth, joined-up customer experience
- Representing Fora at networking events, broker meetings and industry functions to build awareness and deepen market relationships
