About the Role
At Fora, we're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance across our portfolio of workspaces. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple buildings while helping to maintain exceptional visual, operational and safety standards. This role combines people leadership with practical maintenance expertise, supporting everything from reactive maintenance and audits to team performance and training.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple locations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
- Carrying out a mix of hands‑on maintenance work and supervisory responsibilities
- Monitoring maintenance requests, SLAs and team performance through FreshService
- Conducting building audits to ensure high visual and operational standards
- Supporting maintenance projects, contractor management and rechargeable works
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supervising or managing maintenance teams
- Strong skills in general building fabric maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical works
- Confident using maintenance management systems and technology
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership responsibilities
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional standards
Requirements
