Role

At Fora, we create workspaces that inspire—beautifully designed environments where businesses can thrive. As we continue to evolve our portfolio, we’re looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to help bring our members’ spaces to life. From small design enhancements to full office fit‑outs, you'll lead the delivery of bespoke workspace projects across the Fora portfolio. This is a high‑impact, end‑to‑end role—owning projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring every space is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll act as the key interface between clients, contractors, and internal teams, playing a critical role in creating spaces that reflect our members’ brands—while protecting the exceptional experience across our buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of workspace projects across all RIBA stages
    • Drive procurement strategy and manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Fora's design and quality standards
    • Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion and handover
  • Client Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their vision and translating it into tailored solutions
    • Present concepts, progress, and outcomes confidently to clients and stakeholders
    • Act as a trusted partner throughout the project journey
  • Technical Oversight
    • Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, MEP systems and H&S standards
    • Review designs and contractor proposals to ensure technical integrity and feasibility
    • Implement robust quality assurance processes across all stages
    • Manage handover and close-out to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Provide clear, accurate reporting on budgets, timelines, risks and delivery progress
    • Ensure full adherence to internal governance and approval processes
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with Design, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver seamless outcomes
    • Balance member needs with the wider building experience to protect the Fora brand

Requirements

You're a hands‑on Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering high‑quality, design‑led spaces. Proven experience delivering commercial office or workplace projects (client, consultancy or contractor-side). Strong understanding of RIBA stages and full project lifecycle. Knowledge of M&E systems, Building Regulations, fire safety and compliance. Experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously. Comfortable operating within live, occupied environments.
