We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of this landscape — leading strategy, optimisation and innovation across Salesforce and a suite of integrated platforms that power our commercial teams.
This is a high-impact, leadership role where you'll combine platform ownership, team leadership, and technical delivery, shaping how our systems evolve to support growth, performance and customer experience.

- What you’ll be doing
- Platform ownership & strategy
- Own the Salesforce roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning it with business priorities and growth plans
- Team leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of
- S alesforce admins, developers and Nexudus specialists
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and technical excellence
- Act as the escalation point for complex platform or technical issues
- Ecosystem & integrations
- Oversee the configuration, development and integration of Salesforce with key systems, including:
- Pardot (marketing automation)
- CPQ (quote-to-cash)
- Docu Sign (digital agreements)
- SAP (ERP and financial data)
- Just On (billing)
- Nexudus (workspace management)
- Freshservice (ITSM / service desk)
- Ensure reliable, scalable integrations across all platforms
- Innovation & AI
- Champion a utomation and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and elevate the user experience
- Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
- Stakeholder engagement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales and Commercial leadership
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance and IT to prioritise and deliver impact
- Governance, performance & insight
- Ensure strong data governance, platform security and compliance
- Monitor platform performance, adoption and ROI, providing insights to senior leadership
- Own technical and training documentation across the platform
- Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners

Requirements
We're looking for someone who combines d eep Salesforce expertise with strong leadership and commercial awareness — someone who can operate confidently across both technical delivery and business strategy.
- Key experience
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role within a complex, multi-system environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and Docu Sign
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (ideally SAP), workspace platforms (e. g. Nexudus) and ITSM tools (e. g. Freshservice)
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex technical programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into delivery
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI technologies and modern CRM innovation
- Experience in real estate or a flexible workspace environment is advantageous
- Technical capability
- Expertise in
- S alesforce architecture, data modelling and declarative development
- Strong hands‑on capability with Flow, with working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Lightning components
- Experience with Pardot campaign management and lead scoring
- Strong understanding of CPQ configuration and pricing rules
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Ability to leverage Salesforce reporting and dashboards to drive actionable insight
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, with excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications (e. g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) highly desirable
- Agile/Scrum experience or certification preferred
