The role
As the Technical Product Owner, you will lead the strategic development, administration and optimisation of FORA's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it empowers our commercial teams to deliver exceptional performance. You will manage a team of Salesforce and Nexudus professionals, collaborate crossâdepartment to drive innovation, automation and integration, and own core services such as Pardot, CPQ, Docusign, Nexudus, OfficeR&D and JustOn. You will play a pivotal role in exploring and implementing AIâdriven solutions to enhance sales operations and customer engagement, and will lead stakeholder management and work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers and Nexudus support specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage configuration, development and integration of Salesforce with key systems including Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, SAP, JustOn, Nexudus and Freshservice.
- Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data quality and enhance user experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, data integrity, compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor platform performance, user adoption and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Provide career development guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards and be the escalation point for technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, manage integration with thirdâparty applications and services, and own technical documentation and training materials.
- Own the relationship with vendors including thirdâparty resource partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role in a fastâpaced, multiâsystem environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and DocuSign.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (preferably SAP), workspace platforms (e.g., Nexudus) and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice).
- Strong background in leading crossâfunctional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms and emerging technologies relevant to sales and CRM.
- Experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in real estate or flexible workspace provider.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience working in Agile environments preferred.
