- Lead & Empower: Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
- Create Impact: Deliver seamless front-of-house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
- Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.
- Innovate & Elevate: Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement.

Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry is essential.
- Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment.
- Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.
- Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Individual with delivering exceptional customer service.
- Very well organised & excellent timekeeping.
- Professional integrity and trustworthy.
