About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to accelerate the growth of Fora across the UK. - Operations & Compliance: Operationalise UK priorities across key workstreams, building and continuously improving the processes, tools, and infrastructure required to support advisors and scale the market effectively. Oversee localisation and optimisation of key tools and workflows, including HubSpot, Intercom, Retool, and WhatsApp. Build and refine operational processes across advisor onboarding, support, training, payments, compliance, and other areas critical to a high-quality advisor experience. Partner with General Counsel and relevant HQ teams to support adherence to UK regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Marketing & Growth: Coordinate and execute UK marketing initiatives across PR, brand, partnerships, and events. Develop locally relevant messaging, content, partnerships, and client-facing experiences that strengthen Fora’s presence in the UK. Oversee the advisor conversion funnel in partnership with Sales, ensuring Fora attracts and onboards high-quality advisors. Monitor acquisition performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and growth efficiency.
- Advisor Success & Community Building: Own the end-to-end UK advisor experience, proactively identifying and addressing gaps across onboarding, training, support, platform tools, partnerships, client-facing materials, and community engagement. Develop initiatives that help UK advisors build their businesses, engage with the Fora community, and get the most from Fora’s platform. Build and manage relationships with local travel partners, tourism boards, and relevant organisations based on advisor and market needs.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution: Represent Fora across UK internal and external initiatives. Source, vet, and manage third-party partners, vendors, and contractors to strengthen and scale UK operations. Project-manage UK deliverables across global HQ functions (Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Data). Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and advisor-first servant leadership as the UK team scales.
