About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Member Experience Host who will help shape a positive, energising culture - empowering fellow Member Experience Hosts to do their best work every day. You’ll act as a key support to our Workspace Managers and a vital link between them and the Member Experience Host team, while building strong, trusted relationships with our Members and regular visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, promoting a positive culture and exceptional member experience
- Build strong, professional relationships with Members and guests; act as a senior point of contact for queries and issues
- Support your Managers with ensuring a smooth daily building operations, maintaining high standards across all spaces
- Carry out regular checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, maintenance and health & safety compliance
- Ensure communal areas, kitchens and meeting rooms are well set‑up, stocked and operational
- Help organise and host engaging member events that strengthen community
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
- Participate in team meetings and required training
