The Role

As a Portfolio Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our sales journey: turning enquiries into meaningful client relationships and matching businesses with the perfect space across our portfolio. What you’ll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact
    Own all inbound enquiries and deliver a fast, seamless client experience. Respond to workspace queries, prepare tailored pricing, and guide clients through their options.
  • Turn interest into opportunity
    Qualify client needs through thoughtful consultation and strong rapport-building. Drive high conversion from enquiry to viewing through confident communication and objection handling.
  • Bring our spaces to life
    Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to arrange and brief viewings. Spend time on-site (at least one day per week) immersing yourself in our spaces and supporting Business Development for key buildings.
  • Think commercially
    Recommend the best-fit solutions across the Fora portfolio. Support occupancy, maximise value, and contribute to growing licence fee rates.
  • Build strong partner relationships
    Develop lasting relationships with brokers and agents. Collaborate on opportunities, pricing, and availability while proactively driving new business.
  • Represent the Fora brand
    Attend industry and networking events to build connections and raise awareness of Fora.
  • Stay organised and data-driven
    Manage opportunities via Salesforce with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain high-quality data to support reporting and insights.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and commercially driven, with a genuine passion for delivering a great client experience.

  • Experience
    2–3 years in a sales or phone-based commercial role. Proven experience managing client relationships and driving business development. Strong customer service and communication skills. (Experience in flexible workspace or partner account management is a plus, but not essential.)
  • Skills & mindset
    Highly organised with excellent time management. Confident multitasker who performs well under pressure. Strong problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail. Commercially aware and results-driven. Collaborative team player.
  • Tools
    Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is desirable.
