We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients are billed accurately, contracts are reflected correctly in our systems, deposits and refunds are processed efficiently, and our month-end reporting remains robust and reliable.
The Role
- Managing client billing, invoicing, and account changes across our workspace portfolio
- Ensuring all charges align with signed contracts and leases
- Processing Direct Debits and resolving payment issues
- Handling client and internal finance queries with excellent customer service
- Managing client move-outs, deposit returns, and account reconciliations
- Reviewing billing reports and identifying discrepancies
- Supporting month-end processes, audits, and revenue reporting
- Building strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Finance teams, and clients

Requirements
- Previous experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, or a similar role within Retail, Hospitality or Real Estate essential
- Strong attention to detail paired with commercial awareness
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign, Salesforce, or Nexudus would be advantageous
