What You’ll Do
- Lead & Empower: Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
- Create Impact: Deliver seamless front‑of‑house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
- Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.

This role is for you if
- Experience in the hospitality, retail or co‑working industry.
- Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment.
- Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.
- Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
