Fora is London’s leading provider of flexible offices. All our design-led spaces are open and supported by our dedicated front-of-house teams, five days per week.
The Role
We are on the lookout for engaging individuals to join our operations teams known as Member Experience Hosts to provide exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London Locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone answering or referring enquiries.
- Create a culture to energise and empower people to create their best work.
- Facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations and catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements ensuring services are appropriately charged for.
- Assist Managers and colleagues with all operational and administrative tasks.
- Deliver a smooth experience for internal and external Meeting Room guests including hosting, ordering and serving catering, preparing tea and coffee, assisting with tech requirements and refreshing rooms.
- Conduct regular building walks to ensure all front and back of house areas are maintained at the highest-level checking for cleanliness, general visual standards, maintenance and health & safety issues.
- Ensure all communal spaces and Meeting Rooms are set up and are visually and operationally in working order.
- Raise & manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk for IT issues, and via Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring members are kept updated.

- You’re not looking for an ordinary 9 to 5 desk job. Every day holds something different in store - One day you might be setting up a meeting room for 70 people and preparing catering, and the next might be conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail/hospitality or customer service experience post.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and take ownership in delivering work to exceptional standards.
- Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools – particularly Word and Excel.
- A brilliant self-starter natural ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
