  • Lead & Empower: Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
  • Create Impact: Deliver seamless front‑of‑house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
  • Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.
  • Innovate & Elevate: Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement.

This role is for you if

  • Experience in the hospitality, retail or co‑working industry.
  • Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment.
  • Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Individual with delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Very well organised & excellent timekeeping.
  • Professional integrity and trustworthy.
