The Creative Future Writers’ Award 2026 is an esteemed competition aimed at uncovering undiscovered talent among underrepresented writers. Hosted by Creative Future, this competition offers a platform for writers to share their unique voices in poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction.
The competition is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in the UK, who haven't published a book in a literary genre. This competition is free and open to writers aged 18 and above, living in the UK. The current theme of the competition is 'Material'. Participants are allowed to submit one piece of work in either of the three categories:
- Poetry with a maximum of 50 lines
- Fiction up to 2,000 words
- Creative Non-Fiction up to 2,000 words
Judging is conducted anonymously to ensure a fair evaluation.
