We’re seeking a hands-on PMO Manager to lead project governance, uplift capability and oversee a diverse portfolio of digital, systems and infrastructure initiatives. This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable and resident-centred outcomes across our organisation.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and embed PMO frameworks, tools and delivery standards
- Oversee digital, systems and infrastructure projects from planning through to execution
- Monitor project and portfolio performance, risks, budgets and milestones
- Provide clear, concise reporting and insights to senior leaders
- Coach project managers and uplift delivery capability across the organisation
- Build strong relationships across IT, operations, clinical teams and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project maturity, governance and reporting
- Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive, values-driven culture
What you will bring:
- Relevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Experience delivering large, complex digital and infrastructure projects
- Strong governance, reporting and assurance capability
- Proven ability to manage significant project budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to coach teams, influence leaders and drive adoption of PMO standards
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to aged care facilities as required
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
