We have the pleasure of partnering again with one of our most loved creative agencies, an incredible, exceptional stand out studio. We are looking for two exceptional Midweight Designers with bags of flair to join their established and highly coveted London team. We are after people who love what they do and are obsessive about their craft. The ideal background would be from purist branding agency worlds, with some UX/UI or both combined.

You will work collaboratively with the design team, confidently engaging with the creative, strategy and account teams. You need to be aware of your responsibility on a project and take ownership of your work, delivering it with pride. Campaign and brand worlds can be beautiful, interesting and engaging, so your book needs to show this too.

Do you have a passion for solving problems in surprising fresh ways, no matter what that looks like?

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the design team and engage with the creative, strategy and account teams.
  • Take ownership of project responsibilities and deliver work with pride.
  • Contribute to campaign and branding initiatives that are visually engaging and commercially effective.
Candidate requirements
  • Ferocious about creative work with a standout point of reference and passionate about making, not just for clients or the industry, but for culture.
  • Someone who actively looks to break stereotypes and set new trends in design, relentlessly driven to create original and talked about work, tapped into culture, with your thumb on the pulse of now.
  • Meticulous about the technical details, working autonomously and unafraid of drawing on the experience of the design team to hone your skills.
  • Able to shape and develop work that is a point of reference, ambitious and fresh.
  • Excited by the craft of design, staying ahead of the curve with design trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Able to articulate your creative vision.
  • Passionate about developing your craft, and seeking out ways to do so.
  • Skilled in the Creative Suite. UX/UI, motion, AI and other areas beneficial.
Your book
  • Is more about quality of the folio than being too channeled in one area.
  • Shows branding and some UX/UI or both combined.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of impactful design principles and the ability to craft the visual look and feel.
  • A sharp design eye.
  • Presents projects across campaign and branding.
  • Has the wow factor, nothing too commercial or corporate.
