Are you an Art Director with a background in fashion, activewear, sports, or lifestyle brands? We are looking for an exceptional portfolio showcasing disruptive thinking and dynamic creativity, demonstrating TTL campaign worlds with Gen Z, cutting-edge, progressive, youth culture, and funky vibes. Motion and social content, digital at the core, spanning web and emerging platforms.

You would join a global, family-owned brand group working with some of the world’s most iconic sports, outdoor, and lifestyle brands. Most importantly, you would be part of a creative team that values bold ideas, brave thinking, and creativity, building a culture of curiosity, craft, and creative energy. There is a brand evolution at play and a huge, progressive push towards the 2028 Olympics, which you would help shape.

Reporting into the VP of Creative and collaborating closely with Creatives and Producers, you will help art direction and design across big, ideas-led campaigns and social-first, modern, engaging, and disruptive content, collaborating with others to connect brand storytelling with selling channels. You will support large creative briefs and own smaller projects end-to-end.

You:

  • An ideas-first Art Director with a sharp eye and a strong creative point of view.
  • Confident in the shoot process, hands-on supporting/delivering seamless shoots from pre to post-production.
  • Stay ahead of visual trends, including AI-generated imagery.
  • Can pitch ideas clearly and confidently through strong, visually led decks.
  • Have experience taking product storytelling through-the-line, with digital and social front and centre.
