Experiential and events are essential as this forms the lions' share of their output. Personality is key! Grit and hunger are important; someone who is proactive, pragmatic, driven, and decisive. Sellability is key, as the decision-makers client side are often creatives themselves at incredible brands and household names. The Account Director will have their own client relationships and must be able to hold their own in these conversations.

  • Handle external client relationships; confident in front of clients, able to read the room
  • Work closely with producers and delivery teams
  • Spot when projects are drifting or at risk and troubleshoot, pre-empt issues
