They are looking for an Account Director to complement the small, growing team, with a can-do attitude to curate and deliver immersive experiences that transform brand stories into emotive, shareable moments. It is not a pure operations hire; you will play a huge role in account delivery, growth and the agency's trajectory.

Experiential and events are essential as this forms the lions' share of their output. Personality is key! Grit and hunger are important. You will, in return, have complete trust and autonomy. • Understand timelines; keeping projects, schedules, budgets, and deadlines on track
  • Manage execution and delivery across projects
  • Handle external client relationships; confident in front of clients, able to read the room
  • Work closely with producers and delivery teams
  • Spot when projects are drifting or at risk and troubleshoot, pre-empt issues
