We are searching for a highly talented Art Director / Creative Director with a fun, bold and energetic body of work. Someone who lives and breathes culture, music, fashion etc. Someone who knows what's trending, what's influential, and what audiences are talking about before everyone else does.

Required:

  • Large scale, strategic thinking (at senior level) for big brand campaigns, taste-driven, culturally embedded, creative sensibility
  • Strong concepting + art direction
  • Media Scope: Social first but not just moving campaign assets onto social platforms, rather socially engaged campaigns with community outreach and uplift / impact
  • Not entirely AI driven, more human aspect.
  • Visual / creative style: image-led / art directed campaigns and storytelling over pure design
  • Strong connection to culture and communities, not just advertising output - Ideas driven by culture, behaviour, and community dynamics, not just client briefs
  • Genuinely immersed in internet culture (not surface-level “social campaigns”). Ability to understand what makes culture move / “tick”
  • Influences: Music / fashion / youth culture / film / food / sport-focused, needs to be more eclectic, less one-dimensional
  • Side hustles: Personal projects / experimentation
  • Aesthetic / vibe: Strong visual sensibility / aesthetic judgement, fun, bold, engaging, humour, quirky, weirdness, originality, individuality
