EVEC is seeking a hands-on and highly capable Technical Lead to support the installation, maintenance, and ongoing performance of EV charging solutions.

This hybrid role combines technical support, field-based diagnostics, and product testing.

EVEC is part of the For Everyone Group, a fast-growing, ambitious business, with a specialised portfolio of brands and products spanning across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide internal technical support to both Technical and Customer service teams
  • Assist with escalation handling for complex technical issues
  • Attend customer and partner sites to support EV charger installations
  • Assist in identifying recurring product issues and improvement opportunities
  • Diagnose and resolve on-site faults across new and existing systems
  • Support testing of new EV charger products and firmware updates
  • Support returned product analysis and fault identification
  • Deliver technical support via video calls for key customers
