Location: North Acton, London, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time
About Us
For Art’s Sake is a London eyewear brand known for bold design, creativity and a playful approach to luxury. Alongside this, Esmont is our growing luxury mens eyewear brand inspired by aviation, craftsmanship and timeless design. We are a small, ambitious team looking for someone creative, hands‑on and adaptable. This is not a narrow desk role. One day you may be creating renders, another day helping with Shopify, assisting on a photoshoot, supporting the warehouse, preparing a trade show, helping with admin, or supporting the wider team wherever needed.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, multi‑skilled person with a strong eye for design, content and visual storytelling. This is an entry‑level role for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across fashion, eyewear, design, e‑commerce, content creation, product development and brand building.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with creative projects across For Art’s Sake and Esmont
- Creating product renders and visual concepts
- Supporting product design and development work
- Using Blender, Photoshop and other creative software to bring ideas to life
- Assisting with CAD or technical drawings where needed
- Supporting the online store, including Shopify product uploads, page updates and basic merchandising
- Helping with website improvements, landing pages and product pages
- Basic coding support where possible, especially HTML, CSS or Shopify theme edits
- Supporting social media content creation and campaign ideas
- Working on engaging content creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and newsletters
- Assisting with photoshoots, campaign planning and product launches
- Helping manage website updates and creative assets
- Supporting e‑commerce tasks such as product descriptions, images, pricing and collections
- Assisting with trade shows, events and presentations
- Assisting with general tasks around the office, including occasional admin
- Supporting sales, customer service, warehouse and day‑to‑day business tasks when needed
- Getting involved in creative tasks and wider brand projects as opportunities arise
Skills & Experience
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity across different projects
- Experience using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Blender, 3D rendering or similar software
- Experience with AutoCAD or CAD software is a bonus
- Experience with Shopify or e‑commerce platforms is a bonus
- Basic coding knowledge is helpful, especially HTML, CSS or Shopify theme editing
- Strong visual eye and understanding of aesthetics
- Interest in fashion, luxury, eyewear, product design or branding
- Good understanding of social media and content trends
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Self‑starter with a proactive mindset
Ideal Personality
You are curious, adaptable and enjoy solving problems. You understand that in a small business, everyone helps with different tasks, including general office support, admin, warehouse, sales and creative projects when needed. You do not mind switching from creative work to practical work if the team needs support. You enjoy being part of a growing business where no two days look the same. This role suits someone early in their career who wants exposure to many parts of a growing fashion brand rather than a narrowly defined corporate role.
Important
Please submit your CV together with examples of creative work or portfolio projects. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
