Sr GM SALES, MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT required to represent one of India’s biggest FAST FASHION Apparel Manufacturing companies with state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA, UK and European brands.

Experience: 18 - 21 years

Salary: EURO 72,000 – 90,000 pa (negotiable) + incentives.

Professionals will be required to travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate & develop business of approximately GBP 120 million pa independently.
  • Handle all products (tops, bottoms, outerwear/formal wear & casual wear/knits, woven, denims, sportswear, activewear, etc.) and categories.
  • Maintain great business contacts & expertise in handling premium UK and European brands.
  • Possess strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc. from various regions.
  • Have strengths in product development, costing, and the complete supply chain.
  • Work closely with the in-house design & product development teams in India to develop new collections on a regular basis.

Must be well settled in the UK and report to the CMO/CEO in the India office.

Qualifications:

  • Formal education in fashion, textiles or other related fields from premium institutes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong people and work management skills.
  • Strong leader and team player.

Professionals with extensive experience in the apparel/clothing/textile/garment industry will only qualify for this position. Professionals with no experience in the above-mentioned areas are requested not to apply for this position.
