Sr GM SALES, MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT required to represent one of India’s biggest FAST FASHION Apparel Manufacturing companies with state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA, UK and European brands.
Experience: 18 - 21 years
Salary: EURO 72,000 – 90,000 pa (negotiable) + incentives.
Professionals will be required to travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & develop business of approximately GBP 120 million pa independently.
- Handle all products (Tops, bottoms, Outerwear/formal wear & casual wear/knits, woven, denims, sportswear, activewear, etc.) and categories.
- Maintain great business contacts & expertise in handling premium UK and European brands.
- Possess strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc., from various regions.
- Have strengths in product development, costing, and the complete supply chain.
- Work closely with the in-house Design & PD teams in India to develop new collections on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Must be well settled in the UK.
- Reporting to the CMO/CEO in India Office.
- Formal education in Fashion, textiles or other related fields from premium institutes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong people and work management skills.
- Strong leader and team player.
- Extensive experience in the Apparel/Clothing/Textile/Garment industry is required.
