Paralegal – Criminal Defence

An ambitious new boutique criminal law firm is seeking an exceptional paralegal to join its team at an early and exciting stage in its development.
This is a rare opportunity for someone with a serious ambition to build a career in criminal law. The successful candidate will work directly with a King's Counsel on serious and complex cases and will be closely involved in their preparation from the outset.
As part of a specialist practice, you will be given meaningful responsibility, close professional mentoring and the opportunity to develop the judgment, analytical skills and attention to detail required at the highest level of criminal practice.
The role
The work will include:
- Supporting the preparation of serious and complex criminal cases
- Undertaking substantive legal and casework responsibilities

Previous experience within a criminal law practice is highly desirable. We will, however, also consider exceptional candidates who can demonstrate the ability, drive and potential to excel.
