Swallow Grange is a highly specialist Alternative Provision for primary-aged pupils (4-11) with SEMH needs. We seek a SENDCo to lead and manage all SEND provision across the school, reporting to the Head of Provision.
The role requires a National SENDCo qualification (or willingness to undertake), substantial SENDCo or senior Inclusion Lead experience, strong EHCP knowledge, and proven leadership in training and line-managing staff within a trauma-informed, therapeutic whole-school approach.
