Commercial Lead - £40,000 to £60,000 – London and South East base (Hybrid) Are you a confident B2B events professional who knows how to turn conversations into long-term commercial partnerships?

Do you enjoy building relationships with senior decision-makers while driving sponsorship and exhibitor revenue?

The role FOOTPRINT+ is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Lead to help drive the success of its 2027 event and future growth.

You will take ownership of exhibitor and sponsorship sales, develop new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing partners.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas, energy and commercial judgement will have a direct impact.

You will work closely with a small, high-performing team to deliver an outstanding experience for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and delegates.

The role is hybrid with an anticipated start date of 1 September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new exhibitors and sponsors
  • Grow revenue and increase average deal value
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline at three to four times target
  • Manage opportunities and activity accurately through the CRM
  • Produce clear and reliable revenue forecasts
