We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing construction and development management business to recruit an experienced Design Manager. Our client is a privately owned company operating across residential and mixed-use developments, with a strong reputation for delivering well-coordinated, high-quality projects. They are known for their collaborative approach, strong relationships with consultants and subcontractors, and their ability to take projects from early design stages through to successful on-site delivery. The Role
- Managing the design process across all project stages
- Coordinating consultants, architects, and specialist designers
- Reviewing and managing design information, drawings, and specifications
- Ensuring design compliance with building regulations and employer's requirements
- Working closely with construction, commercial, and client teams
- Identifying and resolving design risks and buildability issues
- Supporting value engineering and design development exercises

- Proven experience in a Design Manager or Senior Design Coordinator role
