We are a well-established and growing construction company based in Warrington, delivering high-quality projects across the North West. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and proactive Construction Estimator.

As a General Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase of our projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, supporting tenders, and working closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure successful bid outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather cost data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the bid team in the preparation of tender submissions.
