We're looking for an M&E temporary recruitment consultant to take ownership of a growing mechanical & electrical labour desk within our construction team. We already support warm M&E clients across live projects. This role exists to give that work a dedicated owner so it can grow sustainably.
The role:
- Delivering M&E temporary labour into construction environments
- Growing and deepening existing client relationships
- Building a dependable subcontractor network
- Owning commercial performance: fills, margins, and sustainability
- Working with experienced ops, compliance, and payroll teams
