About the role

We Are Footprint is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to help us reconnect with and revitalise our extensive candidate network. We have a substantial candidate database, and we need someone who is motivated, confident on the phone, and happy working through a structured contact list to reconnect with quality construction professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, likes targets, and takes pride in keeping information accurate and organised.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working methodically through a large candidate contact list
  • Making outbound calls to reconnect with candidates
  • Updating phone numbers, email addresses and work preferences
  • Checking availability for upcoming assignments
  • Confirming skills, qualifications and experience
  • Re-engaging inactive candidates and rebuilding relationships
  • Recording accurate notes on our CRM system
  • Supporting the recruitment team with general administration
